Best way to travel to Sapa

The bus is spacious and really comfortable. More like a limousine. We travelled mostly in the dark and in appalling weather conditions (torrential rain, thunder and lightening) but I felt completely safe with our driver. We've booked our return journey with this company and would highly recommended them. They were also really helpful when my friend had lost her phone and let us use their computer and phoned to report the phone lost.

We use Eco Sapa to drive from Sapa to Hanoi, it was very good car and driver with good attitude, the driver was good no problem at all, stop for 2 times on the road .

Paid 400k each for the pair of us one way to Sapa. One of our nicest modes of transport in Vietnam so far (we've been on local buses, coaches and trains). You get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and dropped off at your hotel in Sapa! There are a couple of short stops for the toilet along the way.

There are USB ports, cup holders, comfy wide seats and a snack bag (bottle of water, wet wipe and biscuits). I think there was wi-fi but wasn't sure if it was working. If you're one of the first 4 people on, the seats are excellent (first come, first serve) otherwise you may end up sitting in the front passenger or rear seats which do not recline (and you may feel overcharged compared to what other people have paid) however the seats are still a lot more comfortable than the train.
